Logistics & Transport Performance Analyst (Power BI/SAP/WMS/TMS) (No VISA Sponsorship Available)
Blue Arrow Logistics is proud to be working in partnership with an excellent manufacturing company and now looking to recruit a Logistics & Transport Performance Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based near Derby.
Hours:
- 40 hours per week – office based
Logistics & Transport Performance Analyst role
- Contribute to the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of transport management systems by acting as a key user and trusted partner for operational teams.
- Supporting transport and warehousing activities, you help ensure reliable daily operations and maintain high service standards across the logistics network.
- Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, reports, and performance templates using Excel and Power BI, enabling transparency and data-driven decisions.
- After analysing operational data, you prepare business cases, cost analyses, and improvement initiatives that support both operational excellence and strategic development.
- Close collaboration with management, you create presentations, performance reports, and insights that guide decision-making and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
- Together with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, you ensure smooth execution of processes and contribute to logistics-related projects and transformation initiatives.

What will you bring to the Logistics & Transport Performance Analyst role?
- You hold a degree or comparable qualification in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: You have gained practical experience in transport and logistics.
- You bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills (including Power Query and Pivot Tables), and solid experience with Power BI for reporting and data modelling.
- Experience in system implementation, key user roles, or involvement in logistics improvement projects would further enhance your contribution.
- You approach complex challenges with structure, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset, while communicating insights clearly and confidently.
- You work independently with a high level of responsibility and engage positively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
