Are you passionate about premium beer and looking for the opportunity to represent an exciting portfolio of brands?
Do you thrive on building relationships, winning new business, and taking ownership of your own territory?
Signature Career Management are partnered with a well-established and highly respected premium drinks business with an outstanding reputation across both the On-Trade and Off-Trade. Working with an impressive portfolio of premium and craft beer brands, you'll play a key role in driving growth, developing customer partnerships, and bringing exciting brands to market.

If you're passionate about beer and enjoy the challenge of growing a territory, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an established territory, building strong relationships across both On-Trade and Off-Trade customers whilst identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Deliver profitable sales growth through increased distribution, range extensions, new product listings, and premium brand activations
- Work collaboratively with brewery partners to execute joint initiatives, support new product launches, and educate customers on beer styles, trends, and perfect serve
- Own your territory performance, using commercial insight and CRM to manage your pipeline, identify opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
