London, Brighton or Manchester - Marketing Executive/ Manager

Marketing Executive/Manager

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our Growth team and help amplify the Anything Is Possible brand. Sitting alongside business development and client success, the Growth team is the engine that fuels our agency's expansion, and this role is central to that mission.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will own and execute our marketing activity across three key pillars: public relations, events, and general marketing. You will be an integral voice in how the agency presents itself to the market, supports new business efforts, and builds its reputation in the industry.

About The Role

Primary Responsibilities

Public Relations

  • Develop and manage press relationships across trade, business, and consumer media relevant to the agency and its clients.
  • Proactively pitch stories, thought leadership pieces, and agency news to drive coverage and awareness, as directed by the CGO.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, commentary, and reactive responses to industry news with guidance from the CGO.
  • Monitor media coverage and produce regular reporting on PR impact and share of voice.
  • Support senior spokespeople with briefing documents, interview preparation, and message development.

Events and Awards

  • Plan, manage, and execute agency events including:
    • Industry conference presence
    • Client hospitality
    • Owned brand events
  • Coordinate all logistics for external events:
    • Venue and supplier selection
    • Invitations
    • Run-of-show
    • Post-event follow-up (in partnership with the Growth Manager)
  • Produce and manage LinkedIn Live sessions, webinars, and virtual events from concept through broadcast.
  • Track event ROI and produce post-event reports with learnings and recommendations.
  • Identify and evaluate new event opportunities that align with growth objectives.
  • Support the CGO with award submissions, executing strategy, applications, and identifying further recognition opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
