We're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help establish Spraga as one of London's most exciting and visible drinks brands.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be responsible for building our presence across premium retail, foodservice, hospitality and wellness, creating meaningful partnerships and bringing the brand to life where consumers discover it.

What you'll do

  • Win new business across premium retail, cafés, restaurants, hospitality and foodservice.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Develop partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, wellness communities, run clubs and lifestyle venues.
  • Execute sampling campaigns, brand activations and local marketing initiatives.
  • Drive distribution, visibility and execution across your territory.
  • Increase rate of sale and repeat purchase within existing accounts.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to accelerate brand growth.
  • Represent Spraga at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
  • Deliver ambitious distribution and revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
