London Campus & Community Lead — Founding Cohort
Hytribe · Part-Time · 10–12 hrs/week · Remote + London Coworking Access
Hytribe is building AI-powered belonging infrastructure for enterprises, universities, and communities. Our vision is to make belonging as accessible as the internet. We help organizations create meaningful human connection through intentional peer groups, AI-powered community engagement, and belonging intelligence. We're now expanding our university partnerships into London, one of the world's most international student ecosystems.
We are opening 3 spots in our London Founding Cohort for students or recent graduates who want to help build a global technology company from its early chapter in the UK.
This is not a typical internship.
There is no checklist, no one counting your hours, and no certificate that gets forgotten in a drawer.
There is one mission:
Help Hytribe secure its first three university pilot partners in London.
If you achieve that, you'll become part of Hytribe's founding story.
YOUR MISSION
Own Hytribe's London university and student community channel. This includes:
- Mapping and reaching out to student societies, international offices, careers teams, entrepreneurship centres, and student unions across London universities.
- Building relationships with Heads of Student Experience, Student Wellbeing teams, International Offices, and Students' Union leaders.
- Representing Hytribe at university events, startup meetups, founder communities, and international student gatherings.
- Converting conversations into signed pilot partnerships with three universities or higher education institutions.

You'll work directly with Elijah (Founder & CEO) and receive weekly coaching on sales, partnerships, and startup execution.
We'll provide the playbook, pitch deck, outreach materials, and complete autonomy to execute.

This role is currently unpaid.
We won't pretend otherwise.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need previous sales experience.
You need curiosity, resilience, and the confidence to start conversations.
Specifically:
- A current student or recent graduate based in London or the UK.
- Someone who has experienced relocating to a new city, studying abroad, or supporting international students.
- A builder who wants ownership rather than observation.
- Available for a minimum 3-month commitment starting immediately.
- Experience with student societies, entrepreneurship clubs, startup communities, or university leadership is a bonus—but not required.
