About VibesMeet

VibesMeet is building a campus event, creator, and sponsorship network across London and New York.

We work with university students, event organizers, creators, cultural communities, and brands to launch measurable campus experiences supported by event registration, ticketing, QR check-in, local creator promotion, sponsor activations, and post-event reporting.

We are currently recruiting university students and recent graduates in London who are already active in their campus event scene and want practical experience across event operations, partnerships, CRM, creator marketing, and business development.

The opportunity

As a London Campus Events & Partnerships Intern, you will help VibesMeet identify, plan, promote, and deliver university events across London.

You may work directly with student societies, campus creators, DJs, founders, cultural groups, wellness communities, event organizers, and potential sponsors.

The London team’s initial objective is to host at least one approved university event per month, while building a pipeline of additional events across multiple colleges and universities.

This role is best suited to someone who already understands their university community and can help turn strong event ideas into properly planned, promoted, measurable, and sponsor-ready experiences.

Key responsibilities

Campus event development

  • Identify event opportunities at your university and other London campuses.
  • Build relationships with student societies, organizers, venues, DJs, creators, and community leaders.
  • Help select event concepts that are suitable for VibesMeet support and sponsor outreach.
  • Gather accurate event details, including audience, venue, date, expected attendance, pricing, and approval requirements.
  • Support university, society, and venue approval processes where required.
  • Lead or directly support at least one approved campus event during the initial program period.

Event operations

  • Support event-page creation, registration, and ticketing.
  • Help coordinate QR-based check-in and verified attendance tracking.
  • Assist with attendee communication, volunteer coordination, event-day operations, and manual fallback procedures.
  • Help coordinate VibesMeet branding, signage, merchandise, and sponsor materials.
  • Record operational issues and support post-event reconciliation.

Creator and student promotion

  • Identify relevant campus creators, student influencers, DJs, hosts, and local content creators.
  • Help recruit creators who can promote and attend approved events.
  • Support creator briefing, tracking links, content schedules, and deliverables.
  • Work with creators who may have between approximately 10,000 and 200,000 followers, while also recognizing smaller campus creators with strong local influence.
  • Track registrations, ticket sales, and engagement generated by participating creators.
  • Identify high-performing creators who may later launch their own VibesMeet-supported events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Sponsorship and partnerships

  • Research brands that align with each event and audience.
  • Help identify relevant sponsor categories such as fintech, banking, travel, airlines, hotels, telecoms, food, beauty, fashion, technology, wellness, entertainment, and professional services.
  • Support personalized sponsor outreach, follow-ups, meeting briefs, and proposal preparation.
  • Help organize audience, creator, and historical event information for SponsorOS.
  • Assist with sponsor deliverables and post-event reporting.
  • Never promise sponsorship, funding, creator attendance, or campaign results without written approval.

CRM and reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in Airtable, Google Sheets, or the assigned CRM.
  • Record contact history, current stage, reply outcome, next action, owner, and follow-up date.
  • Avoid duplicate or unnecessary outreach by reviewing the full CRM and email history first.
  • Track hosts, events, creators, sponsors, registrations, ticket sales, and event outcomes.
  • Help prepare weekly pipeline updates and post-event reports.

Priority event categories

The London team will initially focus on:

  • Creator, entrepreneurship, technology, career, and professional events
  • Afro-diaspora cultural, music, fashion, and community events
  • Wellness, fitness, beauty, and self-care experiences
  • Comedy, spoken word, performance, and student talent showcases
  • Controlled DJ, music, and nightlife events with appropriate venue, safety, and age controls

Who should apply

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • are currently studying at, recently graduated from, or have a strong connection to a London university;
  • are already active in student societies, events, campus media, nightlife, entrepreneurship, culture, wellness, music, or creator communities;
  • understand how to reach students and build attendance around an event;
  • can communicate professionally with organizers, creators, sponsors, and university representatives;
  • are organized and comfortable using spreadsheets or CRM systems;
  • are reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines;
  • can attend occasional in-person meetings and events across London;
  • are comfortable working independently while following a structured process;
  • want practical experience in BizOps, event operations, Revenue Operations, partnerships, sponsorships, or creator marketing.

An existing event or sponsor network is helpful but not required. Strong local knowledge, reliability, and access to a real university community are more important.

Time commitment

  • Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Flexible remote work with occasional in-person activity in London
  • Some evening and weekend availability will be required for events
  • Initial three-month term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs
