Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive cum Sales to support the company’s growth in the UK market.
As the team is expanding, you will be the first person in our new representative office. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with local clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of the Vietnam market and business environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Background in Hospitality is highly recommended.
Benefits
- £28,000 gross per year (negotiable for high performers with demonstrated closing experience)
- Totally remote.
