Your Role:
As an Event Assistant, you'll play a key part in ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Venue Set-Up & Pack down – Helping prepare event spaces before doors open and supporting end-of-day operations where required.
- Ticket Scanning – Greeting guests and ensuring smooth entry.
- Ushering & Guest Assistance – Providing directions and answering questions.
- Pack Down – Helping dismantle event setups post-event.
- Creating a Warm Atmosphere – Ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
