Working arrangements: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis. • Office location: 3 to 4 days in London

We’re seeking an ambitious London Global Broker Relationship Manager to build lasting partnership relationships, identify growth potential, and drive commercial success. About the role
As Global Broker Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Cultivating high-value relationships with our largest broker distribution partners.
- Shaping the UK distribution strategy for assigned panels and promoting portfolio solutions.
- Collaborating with underwriters and stakeholders across our UK and regional offices to champion key initiatives.
- Developing innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs and enhance our proposition.

Key responsibilities
Your role will include:
- relationship building: Deepen and nurture long-term partnerships with key brokers, ensuring mutual trust and progress.
- strategic ownership: Develop, own, and execute distribution strategies for global brokers across the UK portfolio, aligning with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- underwriter support: Present opportunities to underwriters. Develop and drive broker engagement techniques that deliver results.
- performance analysis: Monitor broker performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- collaborative delivery: Partner with regional offices to align initiatives and share best practices.
- portfolio innovation: Contribute to creative portfolio solutions, helping refine our client proposition in line with market trends.
