Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced seasoned Insurance Domain Business Analyst with London Insurance Market and Business Analysis expertise to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
London Market Expertise
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the London Insurance Market ecosystem, including syndicates, cover-holders, brokers, and the Xchanging bureau.
- Ability to analyze and document end-to-end placement processes for specialty insurance within the London Market.
- Support projects involving Lloyd’s of London and related market participants.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements from underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
- Map current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.

Regulatory & Reporting Compliance
- Should have an understanding of the regulatory reporting requirements for managing agents and syndicates.
- Should have worked/participated on projects to prepare and validate reports for Lloyd’s, FCA, and PRA compliance.
- Should have working on supporting reinsurance reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
