Our Role
As a Store Manager, you are accountable for the overall success of your store — balancing strong commercial performance with people-led leadership.
- Lead the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
- Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, KPIs, stock and operational delivery
- Lead, coach and develop your team, building a high-performing and inclusive culture
- Use data, insight and feedback to review performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure consistently high standards across visual merchandising, store environment and ways of working

About You:
We’re looking to connect with individuals who:
- Have proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store
- Are confident leaders who coach, develop and build capability in others
- Are commercially astute, with a strong understanding of KPIs, P&L and trading dynamics
- Build strong relationships with customers, teams and local stakeholders
- Are calm, organised and confident in decision-making, even in high-pressure or peak trading environments.
- Are adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
- Have a genuine passion for The White Company brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience
