Guardian Angel Carers have proudly served our community with compassion, trust, and dignity for 15 years. With exciting plans for continued growth into 2026, we are looking for caring, thoughtful, and dedicated Loneliness Companions to join our exceptional team of Healthcare Professionals in and around the Fareham area.
Because we provide care directly in our customers’ homes, a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.
Pay Rates
- £16.00ph (Monday to Friday)
- £17.25ph (Weekends)
- 45p per business mile
Hours
- Full-Time and Part-Time hours available
- We require all of our Carers to work a minimum of alternate weekends
- We can also offer Evening only hours working 5pm to 10pm
No experience? No problem. Whether you are new to care or bring previous experience as a Care Assistant or Carer, we will support you every step of the way.

What you will need to be a successful Loneliness Companion
- A cheerful presence and a warm smile
- The ability to brighten someone’s day
- A sense of humour
- Be great at making a decent cup of tea
- Have a full Driving Licence and have access to your own car
