NAD+ Treatment

What is NAD+ and Why Does It Matter?

Role

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell of the human body. It plays a vital role in:

  • Energy production via mitochondrial ATP synthesis
  • DNA repair through activation of sirtuins and PARPs
  • Cellular resilience against oxidative stress and inflammation
  • Neurotransmitter balance and cognitive performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As we age, NAD+ levels decline significantly with a ~50% reduction by middle age. Low NAD+ is associated with fatigue, poor sleep, reduced cognitive function, and accelerated cellular ageing.

Subcutaneous or Intramuscular NAD+ Injections

Daily or alternate-day injectable NAD+ can produce a more rapid increase in serum NAD+ than oral supplements. It bypasses the digestive tract but is limited by injection volume and may cause local irritation. Often used as a part of biohacking or regenerative protocols.

Pros:

  • Higher absorption than oral
  • Convenient for maintenance

Cons:

  • Slower onset vs IV
  • Not suitable for rapid or high-dose protocols

Intravenous NAD+ Therapy (IV)

IV NAD+ therapy delivers NAD+ directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion and metabolism. This results in rapid plasma NAD+ increases and saturation of tissues including the brain, liver, and muscle. Studies show it may modulate sirtuin activation, improve mitochondrial function, and enhance ATP production.

Methylene Blue IV Therapy

“Fuel your cells. Brighten your brain. Support your longevity.”

Methylene Blue might sound like something from a chemistry lab, but it’s actually one of the most fascinating and surprisingly safe compounds being explored in the world of advanced wellness and anti-ageing medicine. Originally used to treat blood disorders, it’s now gaining recognition for its powerful effects on mitochondria the “batteries” inside your cells that create energy.

At Esteem Life, we offer Methylene Blue as an IV drip, specially formulated and administered under medical supervision to support energy, cognition, and cellular repair.
