We’re seeking a Luxe Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring a world-class consumer experience while exceeding Retail Performance Targets. This is for an ambitious, trend-forward growth champion who thrives on coaching, embraces innovation, and secures sustainable store success. Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, foster VIP loyalty, and partner with retail stakeholders to deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience

  • Support the team in delivering exceptional luxury service across all brands and store touchpoints through coaching and timely feedback.
  • Personify Brand Excellence: Align with L’Oréal Luxe’s values by offering personalised, high-end service and maintaining impeccable merchandising standards.
  • Master Product Expertise: Confidently share product knowledge, brand heritage, and tailored tips/techniques—supporting everything from services to beauty tech.
  • Elevate Omnichannel Engagement:
    • Promote in-store events, promotions, and activations to customers.
    • Expand L’Oréal Luxe’s presence on social platforms, sharing expertise while adhering to company guidelines.

Drive Retail Performance

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute retail plans and surpass KPIs, leveraging proactive risk-opportunity management.
  • Craft Memorable Experiences: Co-create and execute annual in-store events that build brand excitement and drive growth.
  • Spark Innovation & New Business:
    • Propose creative strategies (e.g., leveraging product launches or brand anniversaries).
  • Foster Loyalty: Grow and maintain a VIP customer base, cultivating repeat business through long-term relationship-building.

People Management & Development

  • Support the Store Manager in talent attraction and recruitment.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience—promote teamwork, collaboration, and brand alignment.
  • Provide consistent coaching and timely feedback on productivity, service, product knowledge, and sales skills—recognising strengths and flagging opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain Luxury Counter Standards: Uphold brand VM guidelines and embody a pristine counter environment with flawless hygiene and premium retail aesthetics.
  • Support Team Training: Participate in store initiatives and complete mandatory training on br composites and up-to-date retail expertise.
  • Fulfill Admin & Service Functions:
    • Manage daily/weekly tasks via Tamigo/One Retail platforms.
    • Oversee stock optimization, demonstrating assortment discipline against top-performing SKUs, along with tester/PLV management.
