What You Will Be Doing

Elevating Customer Experience

  • Deliver the One Luxe Experience – Ensure a premium, personalized service for every customer.
  • Product Expertise & Storytelling – Confidently demonstrate products while sharing brand heritage and tailored advice.
  • Embody Brand Excellence – Represent Luxe brands through personalized services and high merchandising standards.
  • Stay Trend-Forward – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest make-up, skincare, and wellness trends for expert recommendations.

Driving Retail Performance

  • Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet individual or counter sales goals set by your manager.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Connect deeply with customers both in-store and online to foster loyalty.
  • Promote Events & Activities – Share information about in-store promotions, events, and brand activations.
  • Create Engaging Experiences – Design and execute innovative activations to excite customers about Luxe brands.
  • Brand Advocacy – Share knowledge and passion for Luxe brands internally and externally via social media, following company guidelines.

Operational Excellence

  • Team Collaboration – Actively participate in team efforts and complete product knowledge training.
  • Administrative Tasks – Handle daily/weekly responsibilities efficiently using platforms like Tamigo/One Retail.
  • Counter Standards – Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping to keep the retail space clean and inviting.
