Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious One Luxe Store Manager to lead and develop your store team in delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience and exceeding retail performance targets across your store’s brand portfolio.


About the Role

You are a growth champion with a proven track record of driving high-performance cultures. Thriving on challenges, you stay ahead of the latest beauty and retail trends while identifying opportunities to maximize your store’s potential. Committed to fostering an unparalleled customer journey and a service-driven team, you will ensure the store not only meets but exceeds key performance metrics while elevating brand advocates as ambassadors of L’Oréal Luxe.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a World-Class Customer Experience

  • Deliver Exceptional Luxury Service: Through continuous coaching and feedback, ensure the team consistently delivers award-winning customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Embody Brand Excellence: Position yourself as a L’Oréal Luxe brand advocate, setting and upholding luxurious standards in customer engagement, personalisation, and merchandising.
  • Product Expertise & Storytelling: Confidently serve customers by offering deep product knowledge, brand history, and bespoke recommendations—from classic formulations to cutting-edge beauty tech (including retail consultant hardware assistance).
  • Omni-Channel Engagement:
    • Promote in-store events, promotions, and activations.
    • Actively engage with existing and new customers offline and online, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Represent L’Oréal Luxe authentically across social platforms and internal/external channels.

2. Drive Retail Performance

  • Exceed Revenue Targets: Develop and execute targeted plans to achieve KPIs above budget, leveraging product launches, brand stories, and market trends.
  • Create Impactful Experiences: Plan and execute an annual event calendar designed to deepen customer loyalty and drive sales across the portfolio.
  • Innovate Continuous Growth: Offer creative input to steer the store toward new opportunities, with a focus on product transitions, brand anniversaries, and lifetime customer value.
  • Nurture VIP Clubs: Actively engage and retain a premium customer base through exclusive services and personalized engagement.

3. People Management & Development

  • Hire with Purpose: Partner with HR and Recruitment to assess and onboard talent aligned with the L’Oréal Luxe culture, ensuring diverse teams capable of success.
  • Invest in Development: Structure consistent training packages for staff, ensuring mastery of brand, product, and technological innovations.
  • Drive Performance: Ensure the team flourishes by offering constructive feedback, rewards, and performance coaching to sustain excellence.
  • Promote Cohesion: Set expectations for role clarity and reward outstanding achievement or address underperformance consistently.
  • Tactfully Handle HR Issues: Mediate and resolve any employee-related concerns to maintain an positive, productive atmosphere.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain Counter Standards: Uphold L’Oréal Luxe merchandising guides, luxury visual marketing, and meticulous stock rotations, while ensuring hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Leverage Technology: Stay current with updates on platforms like Tamigo, One Retail, or beauty tech while integrating best practices into daily operations.
  • Stock Management: Prioritize inventory availability for top-selling SKUs and ensure tester and point of sale (POP) materials are well-stocked.
  • Comply with Health & Safety (COVID + hygiene guidelines if applicable).
