Class 1 HGV Driver Days
Tuxford
£42,369.05
Working hours: 12 hours days, starting between 04:00am and 07:00am. 48 hour per week. Monday - Friday
DS Smith Logistics operate a large fleet of HGV Class 1 vehicles, with curtain-sider trailers, delivering and collecting DS Smith products from within the UK from our 4 depots based in Avonmouth, Launceston, Tuxford and Sittingbourne. As a driver, you will be required to transport paper materials to various UK locations or the collection of raw materials to return to your home depot.

About you:
- Must have a Category Class 1 License, a valid DCPC, a valid Digital Tacho card.
- Safe & efficient, have good attention to detail, flexible, a ‘can do’ attitude and able to work as part of a team.
- Travel time to and from site (NG22 0NL) must not exceed 45 minutes, to comply with driving safety regulations.
We offer bespoke ongoing training, including free in-house 1-to-1 DCPC courses as standard, and we hold industry awards for our commitment to the environment. We operate a large fleet of HGV Class 1 vehicles with curtain-side trailers, delivering and collecting DS Smith products within the UK. We use up-to-date fleet equipment and technology, and of course, safety is paramount to us; we pride ourselves on our strong safety culture and record, as well as our high commitment to customer satisfaction.
