About Morgan Clark

Morgan Clark is one of the UK’s leading firms of Loss Assessors, established over 25 years ago by Phil Morgan and Tony Clark, both of whom remain actively involved in the business today. We are a trusted and well-established name in the industry, built on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service. As a growing business with a dynamic team, we are now seeking an experienced Loss Assessor to join us in the region west of the M25 to Swindon, north to Oxford and south to Winchester. Exceptional candidates further west to Bristol will also be considered.

About the Role

As a Loss Assessor at Morgan Clark, you will manage residential and commercial property claims, guiding policyholders through the claims process from start to finish. You will conduct site visits, liaise with insurers, contractors, brokers, and other relevant parties, and negotiate settlements to secure fair and timely outcomes. This is a home-based role supported by a dedicated back-office team, giving you the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being part of a collaborative and supportive company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
