About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Officer at TJX Europe’s Homesense UK (Store 613, Solihull), you’ll help ensure customer safety, asset protection, and a positive shopping experience.
Experience in retail or security-related roles is ideal, though not essential. You’ll play a key role in deterring loss while building strong relations with both customers and store teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate at our store entrance as a visible, friendly presence, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Deter loss within the store while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security and implement effective conflict resolution where needed.
- Stay calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Demonstrate communication skills, resilience, and a self-motivated attitude focused on making a difference.
