Job Description: Loss Prevention Officer
Your purpose: Support customers, associates, and assets by ensuring safety, security, and a positive shopping experience.
As a Loss Prevention Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our customer-centric mission—cultivating visibility, fostering trust, and minimising loss in-store. Ideally, you’ll have experience in customer-facing roles, fast-paced retail environments, or security-related work, though familiarisation training will prepare you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ambassador for Loss Prevention: Be a visible, approachable presence at store entrances.
- Security & Loss Prevention: Proactively deter loss on the sales floor whilst maintaining a friendly, deterring presence.
- Conflict Resolution: Work collaboratively with store teams to manage any disputes calmly, professionally, and in compliance with policy.
- Professionalism Under Pressure: Expected to stay composed, resilient, and solution-oriented when managing challenges.
- Self-Motivated & Communicative: Must be driven, proactive, and able to engage effectively with both colleagues and customers.
