Loss Prevention Officer – TK Maxx / Homesense | Solihull (Warks)

About the Role

Our customers love TK Maxx’s and Homesense’s unbeatable range, and we make sure that positive experience happens every day, in every store. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you’ll help keep our customers, colleagues, and assets safe.

You’ll enjoy a well-supported introduction, training, and the chance to grow in a trusted manager-led environment.


What You’ll Do

Your core duties

  • Come across as a friendly, approachable presence at store entrances—your mere visibility alone prevents loss.
  • Be an ambassador for Loss Prevention: support a great customer experience while keeping our stores and products secure.
  • Work alongside your store team to detect and prevent theft or fraud—calmly managing conflicts with objectivity.
  • Stay calm under pressure, even when situations escalate—your resilience will help prevent things escalating.
  • Think proactively about your own development: learn on the job to build a successful retail, security, or management career.
