SHIFT PATTERN: 37.5 hours per week;
- Mon 10:00 – 18:30
- Wed 10:00 – 18:30
- Thu 13:30 – 22:00
- Fri 13:30 – 22:00
- Sat 10:00 – 18:30
About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Officer at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be integral to protecting people, product, and property. Collaborating with Senior Leadership in-store and your Line Manager, you’ll own the Loss Prevention operation, shaping its future while keeping the people and product at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open eyes and ears: Responsible for all store security solutions, supporting internal investigations and managing theft cases with professionalism and discretion.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with local police, assisting in local crime reduction partnerships.
- Tools for the trade: Utilise security tools and data to deter, detect, and control criminal activity through monitoring and identifying theft risks.
- Train and engage: Train new and existing staff in Loss Prevention disciplines while ensuring all store Senior Leadership teams adhere to company standards.
- Sharing to inform: Keep all store teams and LPO teams updated on security policies and initiatives.
