Loss Prevention Officer – TK Maxx (Coventry)
About the Role

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer-facing roles within a fast-paced environment—such as retail or security—but it’s not essential.
In This Role
- Ambassador & Deterrent: Be a visible, friendly frontline presence at store entrances, acting as an approachable ambassador while discouraging theft or loss on the sales floor.
- Conflict Resolution: Work closely with the store team to secure products and resolve situations professionally, remaining calm under pressure.
- Customer First Approach: Promote positive customer experiences while ensuring safety and loss prevention standards.
- Self-Driven & Communication-Focused: Thrives in a self-motivated role with strong interpersonal skills to engage team members and customers.
- Training & Onboarding: Full in-depth training programme upon starting.
