Description We are looking for an innovative, self-starting individual with a passion for working in the busy and dynamic bus industry. If this is you, then why not apply to come and join us at Transport UK London Bus. We are looking to recruit Lost Mileage and Revenue Analyst to join our Operations team . The post holder will collate and input all lost mileage data daily and will work closely with the Operations Manager and Driver Managers within the depot to investigate any discrepancies in lost mileage reports.
Key Responsibilities Collate all relevant lost mileage data from log cards, curtailment sheets, signing on sheets, missing trips and engineering sheets on a daily basis. Check/audit on a regular basis, drivers’ hours and sign on/off reports to ensure compliance. Liaise with the Operations Manager/Driver Manager/Performance/Fleet Manger investigating any discrepancies in lost mileage reports. Produce weekly and period reports with variance analysis. Have a duty of care for the health and safety to yourself and your colleagues at all times, including a duty to report unsafe acts or omissions to safety. You should always follow all safety instructions in respect of how you undertake your role within the Business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Person with at least 2 years extensive experience in the bus industry & working in an office environment. Good verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential. Demonstrable ability to work as an effective team member and alone. Ability to prioritise between accuracy and timeliness of information. Presents information in a manner that enables others to understand and take appropriate action. Must be fully competent on able to use a computer and various IT packages.
