Lounge Supervisor

Summary

A hands-on supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee private events. They will manage and motivate the team to deliver top-tier service.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous relevant experience in events, hospitality, and team management
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales operations with measurable success
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire operational teams and deliver results
  • Focus on ensuring a positive, passionate customer experience
  • Demonstrates flexibility and agility

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Lounge Manager in leading team members
  • Open and close the Lounge, coordinate floor teams, and manage daily service
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, best practices, and "world-class" customer service standards
  • Oversee legal compliance with alcohol sales, prevent underage drinking, and uphold premises licensing regulations
  • Work alongside Retail Managers to identify training needs and foster team development
  • Support recruitment, retention, management, and development of the team
  • Collaborate closely with Café bar assistants to maintain high team energy and alignment with company values and service promises
  • Conduct regular stock takes, manage deliveries, and ensure bars are fully stocked
  • Coordinate with the sales team to plan set-ups, staffing, and timelines for events (from intimate gatherings to large-scale parties)
