Summary
Oversee production line operations, leading your team to achieve targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food safety, quality, and compliance.
The Role
We are looking for an organised and driven individual to coordinate line setup and changeovers, ensuring high quality, traceability, and product specifications are met at every stage. You will monitor and record quality and performance data, proactively identify issues, and support your team to build a strong, high-performing culture.
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday 0600 to 1400
Pay rate: £14.13 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritise daily production activities in line with shift run order and targets
- Carry out and document safety and quality checks to meet legal and customer requirements
- Drive a strong food safety and quality culture, reporting non-conformances promptly
- Support audit readiness by ensuring processes, records, and standards are consistently maintained
- Promote a safe and hygienic working environment through proactive behaviours and team guidance

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- HACCP Level 2
