Loyalty Executive

We are looking for a Loyalty Executive to join our Loyalty team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end loyalty initiatives which engage and delight the Harrods customer.

About the Role

The Loyalty Executive will support in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns, including the creation and execution of promotions and email communications, as well as owning many of the day-to-day elements of the Harrods Rewards programme.

You will also:

  • Work closely with the Loyalty and CRM teams to develop the suite of Harrods Rewards promotions and programme benefits, available at Harrods Knightsbridge as well as online and in-app
  • Work closely with the CRM team on lifecycle campaigns, defining testing and promotional opportunities which drive customer lifetime value
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of loyalty promotions & communications, working closely with stakeholders from marketing, IT, CRM and creative teams to develop exciting briefs that delight our customers
  • Brief creative team to develop marketing assets which support the Harrods Rewards programme, including both print and digital campaigns. Understand loyalty best practise

About You

The ideal candidate will be someone who has an eye for detail, organised and with a passion for driving long-term customer relationships. This person will have experience in effectively managing end-to-end loyalty or customer campaigns within a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer retention & ROI

It is important that you have previous experience within loyalty, operations, marketing and project management. You must have a strong understanding of loyalty programme and database marketing technology as well as familiarity with marketing laws.
