Marketing & Loyalty Manager (Consumer Growth) πŸ“ Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Loyalty Manager to lead high-impact consumer growth initiatives within a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies while working across multiple marketing functions and commercial teams.
You'll play a key role in developing integrated marketing campaigns, driving loyalty initiatives, launching new merchant partnerships, and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support consumer growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across owned marketing channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Design and deliver go-to-market strategies for new merchant launches and commercial initiatives.
  • Drive loyalty programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing investment.
  • Identify opportunities for merchant-funded marketing initiatives and commercial partnerships.
  • Use customer insights, research, and performance data to optimise marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, CRM, brand, and marketing teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, reporting, and continuous optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing, consumer growth, or commercial strategy initiatives.
  • Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes, or customer engagement.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights and campaign performance to drive decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable.
  • Experience working across global or multi-market environments is advantageous.
