Marketing & Loyalty Manager | 11-Month Contract | London (Hybrid)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Contract: 11 Months (Maternity Cover)
Rate: £35–£45 per hour PAYE + 33 days holiday pay
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: 17th August (Candidates must be available to start by this date. Unfortunately, those with more than a 2-week notice period cannot be considered.)
We're recruiting for a Marketing & Loyalty Manager to join the Consumer Growth team of one of the world's leading technology platforms, helping shape the future of its rapidly expanding Grocery & Retail business.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact marketing and loyalty initiatives, working across multiple teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution while collaborating with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies to support consumer growth.
- Own end-to-end execution across CRM channels including Email, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
- Lead go-to-market campaigns for new merchant launches and strategic business initiatives.
- Drive loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to increase merchant-funded marketing investment.
- Use customer insights and data to optimise marketing strategies and customer experience.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and external partners on campaign planning.
- Support and mentor a Merchandising Associate delivering campaign execution.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex marketing, consumer growth, or commercial initiatives.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn business objectives into successful campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven approach with experience using insights to shape marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in consumer growth, CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations is highly desirable.
