A client in the consumer technology and convenience commerce sector is seeking a Marketing & Loyalty Manager to join the team for a maternity cover.
You will lead the development and execution of customer growth, retention and loyalty initiatives across a consumer platform specialising in convenience, grocery and retail fulfilment. Reporting into the Consumer Growth team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Commercial and Product to deliver initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and long-term value.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to key consumer growth priorities.
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy and campaign delivery across email, push notifications and in-app channels.
- Create and launch go-to-market plans for new merchant partnerships, customer propositions and commercial initiatives.
- Lead loyalty and rewards programmes while using customer insights and data to improve retention, engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing, growth or strategic initiatives.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
- Experience in consumer growth, CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, consulting, strategy or commercial operations is highly desirable.

- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 11-month maternity cover
- Day rate: £375 - £500 PAYE, depending on experience and seniority
- Location: Hybrid, London
