What You'll Do

  • Create campaigns – taking ownership of the end-to-end process and delivery, ensuring first time right delivery and actively seeking opportunities to develop and refine processes, to improve efficiency.
  • Working cross functionally across the wider team and business, developing relationships and becoming a key contact (CRM, Data & Insights, Customer Care, Legal and product and tech etc).
  • Work collaboratively with agencies that support the programme.
  • Demonstrating ownership and confidence in the operation of the loyalty engine system – being a key contact, whilst seeking opportunities to test and learn across different campaigns and programme functions.
  • Regular reporting on the health of the programme, using the data to draw recommendations and conclusions as appropriate and sharing updates with stakeholders.
  • Actively scope the competitor environment, reviewing opportunities for testing to evolve and strengthen the programme.
  • Championing Rewards within the business, driving awareness and reviewing processes to maximise efficiency.
