Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants while promoting quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations

Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Idaho
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident focused
