Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full time. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, we encourage you to apply.
Pay
$32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
