LPN - Full or Part Time
$30.60 per hour
Who You Are:
- Possession of a current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred.
- Experience working in a residential group setting a plus.
- Basic computer skills - MS Word, Outlook preferred.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- CPR certification required within the first three months of hire.
What You Will Do:
- The LPN will work with a team including a Registered Nurse, Residential Managers, and staff to ensure the health of the individuals in the home.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of ISP objectives and healthcare plans.
- Assisting with tube feeding and tube medication administration.
- Wound care.
- Catheter and ostomy care.
- Diabetes management.
- Attending medical appointments.
- Participating in ADL skill development.
- The LPN will participate in other duties as directed by Residential Management staff.
