LPN - Full or Part Time

$30.60 per hour

Who You Are:

  • Possession of a current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred.
  • Experience working in a residential group setting a plus.
  • Basic computer skills - MS Word, Outlook preferred.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • CPR certification required within the first three months of hire.

What You Will Do:

  • The LPN will work with a team including a Registered Nurse, Residential Managers, and staff to ensure the health of the individuals in the home.
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Implementation of ISP objectives and healthcare plans.
    • Assisting with tube feeding and tube medication administration.
    • Wound care.
    • Catheter and ostomy care.
    • Diabetes management.
    • Attending medical appointments.
    • Participating in ADL skill development.
  • The LPN will participate in other duties as directed by Residential Management staff.
