- Strong team‑player with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience managing a team in a corporate or five‑star hospitality environment is desirable
Key Responsibilities
Client Services Operations
- Ensure the smooth and consistent operation of all Client Services functions
- Guarantee that all visitor interactions and client requests are fulfilled with precision and within expected timeframes
- Maintain and enforce all client site procedures and service standards
Team Leadership & People Management
- Supervise the Client Services team to ensure exceptional service delivery at all times
- Lead recruitment, induction, and training of receptionists and business support team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews, appraisals, and monthly one‑to‑one meetings
- Support ongoing development of skills and knowledge across the FOH team
- Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador for both Skadden and LRS

Stakeholder & Service Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and service partners to deliver a world‑class experience
- Collaborate closely with Hospitality to ensure all meeting requirements are met, including assisting during exceptionally busy periods
- Act as a point of contact for staff and customers regarding Reception functions during operating hours
Health & Safety, Compliance & Procedures
- Maintain and update Health & Safety documentation, including risk assessments and DSE assessments
- Ensure the centre remains safe for staff and visitors, following both client and LRS policies and procedures
- Contribute to strategic and business‑planning processes, using expertise to support new Reception procedures and systems
Administration, Systems & Reporting
- Track team overtime and report to the client and Operations Manager
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting for Skadden and LRS as required
- Manage the team rota, plan cover for absences, and ensure appropriate overtime allocation
- Oversee software system upgrades and implementation processes
- Review uniform requirements, sourcing new suppliers where necessary
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage complex or sensitive situations tactfully and diplomatically
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner and confident communication at all levels
- Ability to write clear, informative, customer‑focused communication tailored to the audience
Working Pattern
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours p/w
