Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Roles - Barry | September 2026 Start
Are you an experienced LSA looking for work in Barry this September? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic LSA professionals to work across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Barry. With our strong relationships with schools throughout Barry, we have a variety of opportunities available, including 5-day-a-week positions, daily supply cover, and flexible 2-3 day roles. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as an LSA within a Primary School setting
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Registration with the EWC
- Willingness to complete safeguarding training and our compliance process

- Competitive pay from £95 per day, with increases dependent on client rates, experience, and qualifications
