Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Area: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure all children receive the individual support they need to reach their full potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, You Will
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access learning.
- Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence within the classroom.
- Provide targeted support for children who may require additional academic or pastoral assistance.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirable.
- A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from teaching staff.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs would be advantageous but is not essential.
To Be Eligible, You Must
- Hold Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child-related references.
