Job Title: Lunchtime Playworker
Salary: £3,835 – £3,921 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:50am – 1:10pm (6 hours and 40 minutes per week) Location: Hagley Primary School Contract Type: Permanent

Hagley Primary School is a successful, multicultural three-form entry school located at the heart of a thriving community in North Worcestershire. We are seeking a Lunchtime Playworker to join our team and contribute to developing play opportunities while ensuring clear supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period, including working within the Reception play area on a rota basis.
Experience of working with children is advantageous but not essential.
About the Role
- Work collaboratively within the existing team to boost play-based learning and supervision during break times
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for pupils aged 3–11
- Assist in enforcing academic, physical, and social well-being through structured and creative play
- Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding policies, including a commitment to enhanced DBS checks for all successful applicants
