We Are Looking To Appoint Someone Who
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Will ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
- Understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy.
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct.
- Who is prepared to undertake appropriate CPD to develop their skills including First Aid training and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
