The Governors at Burnt Tree Primary School are seeking applications for a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who:
- Is committed to developing children’s learning skills
- Enjoys working with young children
- Values the school’s aims and values
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee safe, purposeful, and creative play during lunchtime breaks to enrich pupils’ learning
- Ensure the smooth operation of lunchtime transitions in the dining hall
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrate patience and dedication in supporting young children
- Maintain commitment to safeguarding at all times

Key Details:
- Hours: 7.92 hours per week (over 5 days) – term time only
- Location: Burnt Tree Primary School, Hill Road, Tividale, B69 2LN
- Grade: Band B, SCP 4
- Payment: £25,185 pro rata (£4,706 per annum)
- Living Wage Supplement: £13.45 per hour (applicable from 1st April 2026)
- Rate: £13.05 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent
