Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor x 2

Salary

Grade 2, Point 4 (£25185 per annum FTE)
ACTUAL SALARY £2910.40 per annum approx. depending on years service

Hours

5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 12 noon-1.00 pm

Contract type

Permanent, Part Time, Term Time only (38 weeks plus 3 additional days)

Start Date

1st September 2026

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled and well-motivated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our fantastic team at Highfields Primary Academy.

Highfields Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work. We gained ‘Good’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection and we are a founding member of Primitas Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which seeks to make a positive difference in the local community.

The Successful Applicant Must:

  • Preferably have experience of working in a school environment or with children
  • Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class childcare
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be able to work under own initiative
  • Work as part of a team
  • Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner
  • Awareness of strict hygiene procedures
