Lunchtime Supervisor – John Fletcher Oakwood School (Telford & Wrekin Council)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team on a fixed-term basis (8 hours per week, Scale 1, term-time only).

You will work alongside our staff to supervise children over the lunchtime period, contributing to a dedicated school team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and eager to ensure the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils while embodying our inclusive, caring ethos.

This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a school committed to pupil achievement and staff professional development.


Key Responsibilities

Ensuring school environments are safe, well-managed and inclusive for all pupils during:

• Lunchtime supervision • Looked-after/children with additional needs
