Lunchtime Supervisor

Main scale G2 £24,413 (pro rata term time only) 6 hours 15 minutes per week (1 hour 15 minutes per day 5 days a week) actual salary £3,456
Blue Coat Governors wish to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to start ASAP.
Blue Coat Infant and Junior Schools serve a multi-cultural community. Both schools have a strong commitment to high standards and a caring Christian ethos, the above roles support the schools with the supervision of children before, during and after the midday meal.
Successful applicants will:
- Be caring, patient and understanding, friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour
- Have the confidence to reinforce school expectations, rules and to follow the School Behaviour Policy.
- Work as part of a team.
- Be able to supervise the children during outside play encouraging sensible behaviour.
- Be able to follow the school policies and procedures.
- Understand the need for confidentiality.
- Encourage good table manners and assist the children in whatever practical way is necessary.
