Salary: Grade 2 SCP 8-10: £24,414-£24,796 (Pay Award Pending) Actual Salary (pro-rated): £4,202-£4,268 Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week – Term Time Only Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: September 2026
We are excited to offer a Lunchtime Supervisor role at Streethay Primary School, part of the Shaw Education Trust.

Streethay Primary School is a vibrant growing school located within a new residential development in Lichfield. Opened in September 2019, it prides itself on fostering an innovative and inclusive learning environment at the heart of its community.

The Role
As our Lunchtime Supervisor, your responsibility will be to ensure students are safely supported, educated, and nurtured during the lunch hour. Your duties include:

- Assisting students with table manners, behaviour, and cutlery etiquette
- Patrolling outdoor areas, including designated "out-of-bounds" zones
- Ensuring dining room equipment remains hygienically maintained
- Ensuring a safe working environment, monitoring dining and circulation spaces for food/drink spillages and addressing hazards promptly
