Lung Cancer Screening Performance and Pathway Manager
Job Title: Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) Performance & Pathway Manager
About the Role
The LCS Performance & Pathway Manager will oversee the daily administrative and planning management, coordination of the LCS programme, and logistical oversight for initiatives including:
- Mobile CT scanner capacity and location planning
- Coordination of PCA screeners as part of Lung Health Check (LHC) assessments
- CT appointment scheduling
- Failsafe processes
- Administrative processes
- Data analysis and reporting
The successful candidate will also provide support during interviews scheduled for the week commencing 27/07/2026, depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Close collaboration with the Ops Manager, Strategic Lead, responsible clinicians, Clinical Nurse Managers, and the Nursing Team to facilitate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Programme’s Action Plans.
- Ensuring alignment with national standards and delivering performance-driven guidance.
- Direct managerial leadership of the following teams:
- Bookings Team
- Failsafe Team
- Administration Team
- Oversight of operational LCS Programme management.
- Producing key documentation across all performance areas within the Programme.
- Preparing essential materials for important meetings.
- Ensuring all mandatory data is accurately completed before project deadlines.

- An immunisation and vaccination report, issued by either:
- Current UK occupational health provider, or
- UK GP.
