Applications are now open for the CHES Editions 2026 Mentorship Programme in Sales & Brand Development.
CHES Editions is a British luxury beauty house recognised for its clean, high-performance haircare and editorial approach to modern beauty. Featured in titles including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Cosmopolitan, the brand is known for redefining luxury beauty through naturally derived formulations without compromise.
Each year, a small number of candidates are selected to gain an immersive, educational experience inside the world of CHES Editions and exposure to the inner workings of a fast-moving luxury beauty brand.

This is not a traditional internship programme. It is a hands-on, educational mentorship experience designed for individuals looking to develop real insight and experience into:

- Partnerships and relationship building
- Client communication
- Creative brand development
- The evolving intersection of beauty, culture and modern luxury
We are looking for applicants who are:
- Highly organised and proactive

- Passionate about beauty, fashion and luxury brands
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Excited by modern brand-building and business growth
Places are limited and highly competitive. There is no fee payable for partaking in our educational programmes - this 3 month mentorship platform is offered to best-in-class applicants with real budding talent. Successful candidates of the programme are often offered more permanent paid roles with the brand so you must have full rights to live and work in the UK. Please do not apply if you are on a student visa, graduate visa or require a work visa. Please also only apply if you are able to commit to the programme for its 3-month duration - our places are highly limited and we tailor the programme to individual applicants so commitment is crucial to ensuring you get the most out of it.
