About The Role

We’re searching for a Luxury Brand Ambassador to join Creed at John Lewis Cheadle—a part-time role (3 days, 22.5 hours per week). This isn’t just retail; it’s about passion, craftsmanship, and elevating luxury.


Purpose of the Role

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the Living Legends of Creed:

  • Curator of Stories: Share the soul—the heritage, ingredients, and magic—that define The House of Creed.
  • Sales Storyteller: Elevate customer experiences and drive impact through exceptional storytelling.
  • Luxury Advocate: Cultivate a sales coulisse that exceeds targets while maintaining the unparalleled House of Creed ethos.

Skills & Experience Desired

  • Charisma and Communication: Unmatched ability to articulate passion.
  • Retail Expertise: Proven experience in luxury retail or frontline roles an asset.
  • Fragrance Flair: Insider knowledge of perfumery is a plus—enthusiasm counts!
  • Selling Soul: Track record of exceeding targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility: Willing and able to cover weekends/holidays.
