The Role:

Brand Ambassadorship:

Enthusiastically represent the essence of Luxury, embedding passion and pride for the brand among customers and the store team. Embrace and convey the brand's DNA, setting a stellar example in adherence to our appearance guidelines and dress codes.

Visual Merchandising & Client Management:

Ensure the store's presentation aligns with the boutiques visual merchandising standards to fortify the brand image. Elevate in-store customer service to deliver an unparalleled client journey.

What to Expect:

  • Welcome and comfortably acquaint all visitors, fostering loyalty and building lasting relationships.
  • Educate clients on our products and introduce complementary items to enhance their experience.
  • Execute sales processes with confidence and professionalism, achieving sales targets.
  • Collect client CRM details to expand your client book, contributing to our community.
  • Remain informed on fashion trends and Moynat's product lines through ongoing research.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including stock control and management.
