Joining our client as a Cruise Specialist for their luxury cruise brands, you’ll take responsibility for looking after your guests from first enquiry throughout their holiday journey and booking their next cruise holiday. Your guests will be able to phone or email you directly as part of our client's elevated service and you'll be their dedicated contact for their holiday journey and beyond.

Role of Luxury Cruise Specialist:
- Selling luxury cruise holidays over the phone and online chat across all cruise lines including tailor making to fit the customer’s specific requirements i.e. adding flights, transfers, hotels, and land tours, if required
- Building rapport with your customers, listening to their needs and helping them find the best cruise holiday for them
- Giving exceptional personalised customer service as standard from first enquiry to after booking and beyond – encouraging repeat customers, and building your own customer database
- Taking responsibility for your customers, answering queries, and helping them at any stage of the booking process
- Achieving sales, conversion, and productivity targets
- Using your personal travel and cruise knowledge and experience to show that you are a cruise expert to gain repeat customers

Skills required for the role:
- Proven experience in selling luxury cruise holidays is essential, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- A genuine passion for luxury cruising and deep knowledge of the luxury cruise market
- First hand experience of working or traveling onboard a Six Star Cruise line
- Experience of the Expedition market would be an advantage
- Experience building, managing, and developing your own client base is beneficial
- Previous experience working remotely in a similar sales role is essential, with the ability to thrive independently
- Committed to delivering outstanding one-to-one customer service and building long-lasting client relationships
- Self-motivation - take ownership of your learning, staying up to date on product knowledge, destinations, and current marketing campaigns to maximise sales opportunities
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to work seamlessly across multiple systems and platforms at once
