This role will be pivotal as Edrington UK pursues an increasingly prestige-led strategy. Working directly with our customers and closely with our Brand and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for all elements of the planning, execution and commercial delivery of the luxury on-trade channel.

You will support the wider retail team with BI allocation, spend monitoring and reporting; ensuring strategic allocation of brand investment to deliver optimal commercial return against robust commercial KPIs. You will have a detailed knowledge of our innovation and new release pipeline and understand the diverse needs of our key specialist & RTM customers.
We are looking for a marketing expert that demonstrates creativity and high levels of delivery and engagement; an individual who can help elevate our brand and consumer experiences across a high-profile account base, underpinned by solid customer partnerships.

Skills & core competencies required include:
- An experienced luxury customer marketing / operational expert, with a demonstrable track record of delivering successful, high-profile omnichannel campaigns
- An in-depth understanding of the needs of both customers and consumers that can be translated into excellent standards of execution
- Experienced in the world of digital and what it takes to gain real cut-through for our brands in an online space
- The ability and credibility to influence, lead, and energise across all business functions
- Highly motivated and inquisitive with high levels of organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to manage a diverse and complex set of challenges and dynamics simultaneously; operating autonomously, to make quick and informed decisions

Your Talent and Skills
- Sound experience of the specialist retail and RTM channel; preferably with experience in the world of luxury with a demonstrable track record of delivering successful high-profile activity is highly desirable
- Passionate about the brand build with a demonstrable track record of project management
- A numerate and commercial individual that can think strategically with strong analytical skills
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills
- The ability and credibility to influence and engage across all business functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tenacity & enthusiasm – a strong sense of self-motivation to deliver results
- The ability to manage a diverse and complex set of challenges and dynamics simultaneously
- The ability to operate autonomously and remotely – to make quick and informed decisions
- The ability to develop, implement & evaluate new business processes within a dynamic business environment
- Experience in the disciplines of brand management, category management or sales will be a distinct advantage
